This high-volume outlet operates as a café and licensed bar, serving everything from hot drinks, cakes, and sandwiches to hot finger food and alcoholic beverages. It’s an environment that’s always buzzing, and we need a supervisor who can keep things running smoothly no matter how busy it gets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a small, tight-knit team during peak service periods

• Delegate tasks effectively to ensure smooth and efficient service

• Provide hands-on training, coaching, and support to new team members

• Ensure high standards of food and beverage presentation and service

• Maintain compliance with all licensing and health & safety requirements

• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle customer concerns professionally

• Assist with stock control, ordering, and daily cash handling procedures

• Strong leadership and problem solving skills, with ability to motivate and inspire others
• Experience in a similar position or extensive F&B experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Passionate hospitality professional 
• Is hands-on, loves customer service and has a keen eye for detail
• Available to work weekdays & weekends on a rotating roster as per business needs
• Knowledgeable working with POS systems
• Well presented with strong attention to detail
• Experienced with maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions, stock ordering, stocktaking
• RSA Competency Card
