We’re inviting expressions of interest from current team members who are interested in building leadership experience while staying flexible. This is a great way to trial the role, gain new skills, and see if it’s something you’d like to pursue long-term.

What’s involved?

As a Relief Venue Manager, you’ll step in to support during periods of leave or high demand. You will:

• Gain hands-on experience with venue operations

• Help maintain service and compliance standards

• Manage shift flow and delegate responsibilities

• Ensure venue presentation and compliance standards are upheld

• Be part of a trusted pool of internal leaders across our venues

What support will I receive?

You’ll be supported every step of the way with:

• On-the-job training and coaching

• Shadowing opportunities with experienced Venue Managers

• Feedback and development tailored to your growth

Who should apply?

This could be a great fit if you:

• Are proactive, calm under pressure, and naturally supportive of others

• Have strong communication and organisational skills

• Understand front-of-house operations and enjoy leading by example

• Are interested in leadership but need flexibility or want to build confidence gradually
