We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and detail-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our team full time. The day-to-day:

• Provide prompt, professional, and courteous customer service
• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to upsell products and services
• Attending to Café Orders

Our perfect fit:

Someone who has a high level of customer service and data entry experience, excellent presentation and clear communication skills. You must be able to keep up to date with current class schedules  across the Gymnastics and Aquatic programs and have an ability to provide information on our products and services to new and existing members.

What you will need to be considered?

• Exceptional customer service ability, both face to face, over the phone and via email
• General knowledge of sport and recreational industry is advantageous
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multi-task with precision 
• Reception/Administration experience essential
• Food handling and Cafe experience (desirable)
• Intermediate skills Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to quickly learn about the precinct and the classes we have on offer
• Full Australian work rights
