We’re inviting expressions of interest from current team members who are interested in building leadership experience while staying flexible. This is a great way to trial the role, gain new skills, and see if it’s something you’d like to pursue long-term. What’s involved?As a Relief Venue Manager, you’ll step in to support during periods of leave or high demand. You will: Gain hands-on experience with venue operations Help maintain service and compliance standards Manage shift flow and delegate responsibilities Ensure venue presentation and compliance standards are upheld Be part of a trusted pool of internal leaders across our venues
What support will I receive?You’ll be supported every step of the way with: On-the-job training and coaching Shadowing opportunities with experienced Venue Managers Feedback and development tailored to your growth
Who should apply?This could be a great fit if you: Are proactive, calm under pressure, and naturally supportive of others Have strong communication and organisational skills Understand front-of-house operations and enjoy leading by example Are interested in leadership but need flexibility or want to build confidence gradually
