West HQ is seeking a a versatile and proactive Digital Systems & Insights Analyst to support the delivery, integration, and optimisation of our business systems and data platforms.

This hybrid role combines application support, data reporting, and integration with user enablement, while also assisting the Infrastructure Lead with system monitoring and supporting broader IT operations when required.

About the role:

• Support key SaaS applications (POS, PMS, ESM, HR, CRM, Marketing, Finance)
• Build and manage Power BI dashboards and reports
• Assist with data extraction, cleansing, and system integrations
• Contribute to centralising data for unified reporting and insights
• Work with the Technical Specialist on monitoring, upgrades, and patching
• Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to improve systems and data flow
• Collaborate with the Service Delivery Team to support resolution of user issues when required

About You:

• 3+ years’ experience in data analysis, business systems, or technical support (hospitality background desirable)
• Proficient in Power BI, Microsoft 365, and Power Automate, with strong Excel and data visualisation skills
• Experience using SQL for data extraction and analysis
• Understanding of APIs, SaaS integrations, and how systems connect and share data
• Confident navigating data structures, designing reports, and troubleshooting application or user access issues
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts
• A proactive, adaptable team player comfortable working across multiple IT functions
