We are currently seeking energetic and highly motivated Customer Service Relief Shift Supervisor. This is a great opportunity for existing team members to develop their leadership skills.

 

About the role:


The primary responsibility of this position is to supervise on a relief basis for the daily operations of the Customer Service team.  This position will organise and allocate the tasks and activities of the team on shift, and act as a key point of escalation for customer enquiries.


About you:

Someone who is a natural leader, delivers exceptional customer service, immaculate written and verbal communication and can deal with all levels of customer complaints. 

What you will need to be considered... 

  • First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Working with Children Check Clearance
  • Demonstrated high level attention to detail
  • Cash handling experience in a past-paced environment
  • Experience using CRM systems, particularly InfoGenesis and LINKS
  • Intermediate experience using Microsoft applications (preferably Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrable high-level customer service skills
  • Willingness to undertake Leadership and Performance Management training
  • Availability/flexibility to work shifts per operational requirement
  • Clear performance management history for 12 months
