About the role:

 

Reporting into the Group Marketing Manager, this role will focus on developing marketing campaigns and producing assets to deliver commercial outcomes on behalf of the precinct.  This role offers autonomy and provides the chance to shine in a supportive, fun and past paced environment.

 

 

Duties include:

  • Defining, executing and measuring campaign plans in partnership functional business leaders to meet common business goals
  • Working with a passionate team of marketing colleagues to deliver best in class activities on time, on budget and on brand to meet commercial outcomes;
  • Preparing copy, content and creative to bring our brands to life
  • Analysing data and ROI to drive performance and deliver campaign  improvement;
  • Working with agencies and suppliers  to produce materials, media and other collateral;
  • Ensuring adherence to brand guidelines; and
  • Supporting colleagues to manage work in progress during peak load periods.

 

What do you need to be considered?

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in a relevant destination or skills discipline (fitness, entertainment, leisure, marketing).
  • Tertiary education/qualifications in Marketing (degree preferred). 
  • Ability to present your own ideas and service internal clients without the need to be supervised.
  • Show you are meticulous in your work with strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic with a high use of initiative and problem solving.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to determine priorities and work to tight deadlines.
  • A creative flair and the ability to deliver "best in class" outcomes on multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • High level of oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience with maintaining effective relationships with design agencies and supplier groups.
  • Strong I.T skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
