CHU Restaurant by China Doll is a distinguished dining destination within West HQ.Drawing inspiration from the glamour of 1940s Shanghai, CHU is defined by its dramatic interiors, bespoke chandeliers, and rich textures.

CHU offers an exquisite dining experience in Western Sydney, showcasing a modern interpretation of culinary traditions from China, Hong Kong, Japan, and Southeast Asia, crafted using the highest quality ingredients and the freshest local produce.

Who’s right for the job?

Successful candidates will thrive in a fast-paced, premium dining environment with a strong focus on delivering consistent, exceptional service. You will play a key role in creating a memorable and unique dining experience that is synonymous with CHU Restaurant.

What do you need to be considered?

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy, high-volume environment
• Strong commitment to maintaining brand and service standards
• Extensive food and wine knowledge (highly regarded)
• Flexible availability, including Friday to Sunday and peak service periods
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in high-end or premium dining restaurants
• Exceptional grooming standards appropriate for a 5-star environment 
• Must have excellent communication skills (fluency in English required)
• Must have a current NSW RSA Competency Card
