The Opportunity

This is a key leadership position responsible for driving performance, consistency, and quality across multiple outlets in a fast-paced environment. You will play a critical role in safeguarding brand integrity while delivering exceptional food experiences at scale.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead and oversee all kitchen operations across the three retail outlets
• Ensure exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency aligned with established brand standards
• Drive operational efficiency, managing labour, stock, and food costs effectively
• Maintain strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and WHS regulations
• Mentor, develop, and inspire a high-performing kitchen team
• Collaborate closely with front-of-house leadership to deliver seamless, customer-focused service
• Monitor performance metrics and implement initiatives to improve commercial outcomes

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or senior multi-site kitchen leader in a high-volume environment
• Strong background working with recognised or premium food brands
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple outlets or large-scale operations
• Exceptional leadership skills with a passion for team development and culture
• Strong commercial acumen with a focus on cost control and efficiency
• Deep understanding of food safety standards and compliance requirements
• A hands-on, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
• Willing to work a range of shifts including lunch and dinner as required
• Available to work across any of the 7 days a week including nights, weekends and public holidays
