Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming and assisting members and guests in a warm and professional manner
• Assisting with sign in and enforcing conditions of entry
• Operating point-of-sale systems and processing transactions accurately
• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards in service areas
• Assisting with membership and inquiries
• Supporting compliance with responsible service of alcohol and gaming guidelines
• Working collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

• Proven reliability, professionalism, and positive contribution to the team
• Strong customer service skills and a commitment to maintaining our high standards
• Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
• RSA and RCG Competency Card
• A proactive attitude and willingness to support team
• Excellent time and attendance records
• Clear performance management history (12 months)
• Exceptional uniform, grooming and presentation standards.
