About the Role As a Full-Time Gaming Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining compliance with gaming regulations, and ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for all patrons.
Key Requirements - Full availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Demonstrated excellent reliability and attendance record
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service
- Strong communication skills and a professional presentation
- Clear and consistent performance history within your current role
- Sound knowledge of gaming operations and compliance (desirable)
- Experience working in the role of a Gaming Attendant
- Current RSA and RCG Competency Cards
