We have a casual position available for a Stage Door Attendant to join the Sydney Coliseum Theatre team at West HQ. This role serves as the main point of contact for clients, performers and crew of the Sydney Coliseum Theatre. The Stage Door Attendant is welcoming, professional and highly organised ensuring a memorable experience is provided. Our perfect fit! Someone who understands the importance of delivering a professional and exceptional service experience. You will be welcoming, warm and engaging and have excellent interpersonal skills, being confident to liaise with all stakeholder levels including clients, performers, visiting professionals, and back of house crew. This is a great opportunity to work additional hours in conjunction with your current position The ability to work well in team environments and autonomously is a must. The successful applicant must also be willing to work flexible hours including late nights, weekends and public holidays. What will you need to be considered? - Experience in a fast paced Customer Service position
- Immaculate personal presentation and polished communication skills
- Demonstrated high level maturity and professionalism
- Demonstrated confidence and assertiveness (as required)
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Extensive experience in coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously
- Competency in Microsoft suite of products including Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook
- RSA Competency Card (or willingness to obtain)
- First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Full Australian Work Rights
