• Casual rate $32.31 p/hr (Monday - Friday)

Whether it’s helping someone pick the perfect flavour combo or plating up a mouth-watering sundae masterpiece, you’ll be the face of fun, flavour, and top-tier service. From the back-of-house magic of preparing fresh flavours, to the front-of-house energy of fast-paced service, you’ll help create memorable customer experiences!

In this role you will:

• Serve gelato with skill, speed, and style
• Help customers find their new favourite flavour (taste-testing encouraged!)
• Keep the cabinets clean and the displays looking chef’s kiss
• Deliver friendly, upbeat customer service - every scoop, every time
• Help prepare our gelato fresh daily -  learn what makes each flavour so special
• Maintain a clean and sparkling outlet that’s just as fresh as our gelato
• Keep up with the evening rush after the theatre lets out - it’s fast, fun, and full of flavour-loving fans!

• Reliable, energetic, and love working in a team
• Detail oriented - because our gelato deserves to look as good as it tastes
• Hospitality or retail experience is a plus
• Communicates clearly and confidently with customers
• Works efficiently under pressure while delivering a great experience
• Passionate about sweet treats - especially gelato
• Has flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
• Presents well and demonstrates strong attention to detail
• Holds a current NSW RSA Competency Card (essential)
