About the role:

As our Aquatics Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the future of our Learn to Swim and other Aquatic programs. Working closely with the Program Manager, you’ll help keep things running smoothly while leading and inspiring a team of passionate Swimming Teachers.

But that’s not all—this role puts you at the heart of our swim community! You’ll be the go-to person for customer inquiries, ensuring every swimmer and their family have the best experience possible. Plus, you’ll conduct assessments, champion water safety, and help grow our swim school family.

What do you need to be considered?

• Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety (AUSTSWIM )
• Working with Children Check (18+)
• Current First Aid Certificate and CPR
• Demonstrated experience in teaching swimming and water safety
• Minimum 2 years of swimming and water safety instruction
• Experience with Program Supervision and student assessments
• Experience with using Customer Retention Management (CRM) Systems (Xplor Recreation Desirable)
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Teams
