We are seeking a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen brigade at one of Western Sydney’s leading hospitality and entertainment venues. From premium corporate functions and signature events to large-scale weddings, and conferences no two days are the same.

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced hospitality professionals in a venue known for delivering exceptional food experiences at scale.

The Opportunity

In this role you will play a key role in delivering high-quality food service across a diverse range of events and functions. Reporting to the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs, you will be responsible for running your section efficiently while maintaining exceptional presentation, consistency and service standards.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes for events and functions
• Manage your designated section during service
• Assist with menu execution and large-scale event preparation
• Maintain food quality, consistency and presentation standards
• Ensure compliance with food safety and WHS requirements
• Support and mentor junior kitchen team members
• Contribute to a positive and professional kitchen culture

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie, preferably in an events, banqueting, or high-volume catering environment.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and cooking techniques
• Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to lead the team to ensure quality, standards and cleanliness are met and exceeded
• Excellent attitude
• Ability to cope well under pressure to ensure guests food expectations are exceeded
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
• Willing to work a range of shifts including lunch and dinner as required
• Available to work across any of the 7 days a week including nights, weekends and public holidays
