We are currently seeking energetic and highly motivated Customer Service Shift Supervisor. This is a great opportunity to develop your leadership skills.

 

About the role:


The primary responsibility of this position is to supervise the daily operations of the Customer Service team.  This position will organise and allocate the tasks and activities of the team on shift, and act as a key point of escalation for customer enquiries.


About you:

Someone who is a natural leader, delivers exceptional customer service, immaculate written and verbal communication and can deal with all levels of customer complaints. 

What you will need to be considered... 

  • First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Working with Children Check Clearance
  • Demonstrated high level attention to detail
  • Cash handling experience in a past-paced environment
  • Experience using CRM systems, particularly InfoGenesis and LINKS
  • Intermediate experience using Microsoft applications (preferably Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrable high-level customer service skills
  • Willingness to undertake Leadership and Performance Management training
  • Availability/flexibility to work shifts per operational requirement
  • Clear performance management history for 12 months
