The Food & Beverage Team at West HQ are recruiting for an experienced people leader to join the team.  This role is open to current team members and well as external candidates.  As this role is required on a relief basis, when you aren't performing shifts as the Shift Leader, you will work as an Attendant in one of our many outlets or restaurants.

A little about the opportunity..

Shift Leaders will assist Food & Beverage Operations Managers to lead and train a passionate team in all areas of food & beverage operations and provide the highest level of customer service. You will also be tasked with driving and delivering exceptional guest satisfaction and overseeing daily operations whilst assisting in the management of wage costs, revenue and profitability of the various F&B outlets. You will be required to support the teams throughout the different outlets and plan, organise, schedule and allocate tasks and activities on a daily basis.
