We are currently seeking a reliable Relief Night Auditor to work with our Novotel team. This is an internal vacancy only and we are not accepting any external applications at this time.

About the role:

The Night Auditor is our first point of contact for our property and provides exceptional service to our guests during during the evening and over night. The Night Auditor checks in our late night arrivals, completes reconciliations and reports.

Our Perfect Fit:

The role best suits someone who enjoys working as part of a team and can be trusted to work well unsupervised. Providing a high level of personalised customer service is an absolute must.  A person who has experience working with PMS, Opera or Fidelio would be highly regarded, however training is available for the right person.

What you will need to be considered?

• Experience in the same or a similar role 
• A passion to deliver great customer service
• Excellent personal presentation and professional conduct
• Superior communication skills
• Intermediate computer and Microsoft suite experience
• Availability nights and weekends (flexible rosters)
• Ability to comply with Accor brand standards and service expectations
• Responsible service of Alcohol competency card (or willingness to obtain)
