Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes for events, following recipes and menu specifications.
• Ensure food presentation is consistent and visually appealing.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Assist with menu planning, ingredient prep, and inventory management as required.
• Collaborate with the events team and other chefs to deliver seamless service.
• Train and mentor kitchen staff when needed.

What do you need to be considered?

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie, preferably in an events, banqueting, or high-volume catering environment.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and cooking techniques
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to lead the team to ensure quality, standards and cleanliness are met and exceeded
• Excellent attitude
• Ability to cope well under pressure to ensure guests food expectations are exceeded
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
• Willing to work a range of shifts including lunch and dinner as required
• Available to work across any of the 7 days a week including nights, weekends and public holidays
