About the role

You’ll be working across our vibrant dining venues, including New Town Thai and CHU Restaurant by China Doll.

New Town Thai celebrates the rich colours, aromas and flavours of Thai cuisine in a stylish yet relaxed setting.

CHU Restaurant by China Doll delivers a refined Pan-Asian dining experience, combining modern techniques with Chinese, Japanese, Hong Kong and Southeast Asian flavours.

As part of our kitchen team, you’ll help deliver high-quality dishes with consistency, care and pride.

Our Perfect Fit

You’re passionate about great food, confident in a busy kitchen and experienced in Thai and/or Asian cuisine. You enjoy working as part of a team, take pride in your craft and can adapt across a variety of shifts.

• Proven experience in Thai and/or Asian cuisine
• Wok experience and knowledge of traditional cooking techniques
• Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume kitchen
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Great teamwork and communication skills
• Availability across 7 days, including nights, weekends and public holidays
• Full Australian working rights
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
