About the Role:

As the Head of AML/CTF & Responsible Gaming Compliance, you will provide strategic leadership across all aspects of AMLF/CTF compliance and responsible gaming.

You will oversee the design, implementation and continuous improvement of our AML/CTF Program and Responsible Gaming Framework, ensuring they remain effective, risk based and aligned with evolving regulatory expectations.

You will serve as the primary liaison with regulators and external stakeholders while partnering with operational leaders to balance strong governance with commercial outcomes. 

Key Responsibilities

• Act as West HQ’s appointed AML/CTF Compliance Officer in accordance with legislative requirements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain the club’s  AML/CTF Program, ensuring alignment with all legislative and regulatory obligations.
